Really concerning: ALL Walgreens in my area are “indefinitely” out of their MMR (measles) vaccines. I’m in Oklahoma so I’m assuming they’re being routed to Texas but this is making me nervous.

Saw The Companion in theaters today and it was REALLY good. It should be my generation’s Stepford Wives but unfortunately it doesn’t seem very popular :/ funny and timely.

At the Tulsa airport for a work trip. It’s small, only two terminals. Walked through the entire airport and only spotted 4 other masks - 3 surgical. We are never getting out of this pandemic. Covid isn’t over and I happen to like my t-cells and vascular system, thank you.

The reason everyday people don’t care about “economic growth” is bc we’ve set up a system where all that growth goes to the top and we’re still here with stagnant wages trying to buy groceries that are now 20% more expensive. We don’t feel any relief bc of it.

I tried out my sister’s Dyson V15 vacuum bc my allergies have been horrible and was shocked how much it sucked up. So, I used it on her house, which had been vacuumed TWO DAYS AGO by a different vacuum. Look at everything it got up. It is pricy AF but I think it might be worth it.

Reading The Wolf and the Wildflower per romancelandia’s recommendation, and I keep thinking about how even if I were stuck in the wilderness for 10 years, my allergies would absolutely prevent me from developing an acute sense of smell.
