I was immediately struck by the sound/feel of Kaoru Akimoto’s “Dress Down.” I would also recommend checking out her excellent album “Cologne” to catch the super satisfying transition from “Narcissist” to “Dress Down.”

This is the first Tomoko Aran song I ever heard and I was hooked from the start. She has to be right up at the top of my all time favorite artists and has dominated my Spotify wraps the past few years after her music became available on that platform.
