No real declared war has ever been settled by negotiations. It's been done by treaty. Surrender isn't negotiations.

Although his last admin was full of stupids as well, at least they told him no, you cant do that. So he fired them or they quit, this time he has complete loyalists that wont say no. His admin is from the fox talk show and the heritage foundation to implement their pr0ject 2025. Dangerous times.
