While shiny hunting is a much better experience on the Switch 2, it's also trickier to spot a shiny, and you might even miss its spawn entirely when it's far off. And no, no shiny Inkay today...

Playing Pokémon Violet in 4K 60fps is so good. I mean, the game still looks awful, but at least it's a very fluid and crisp unattractiveness.

I went after a good build for MK8's 200cc: slow characters with good handling. But I don't think I'll be able to complete all the cups before my Switch 2 arrives.

I went for a full odds shiny. The first one was a Cascoon, after seeing over 4000 Pokémon. Then I figured, 'Why not another?' The Wurmple you see in the clip was the next one to shine, hitting over 6000 more encounters.

It's not much, it might not even be the right thing to go after, but it represents a big step in the particular journey I set out to accomplish in that particular game. After all, that's what video games are about.
