Meanwhile, he continues to be unaffected in the ways that matter. I know his popularity is going down, yada yada. Other than that, his outbursts should not be taken as a sign that he's being weakened or somehow closer to being ousted. We will have to deal with him until 2028. 2/3

Sorry to pile on but I just have to say that if you're still all "let's go team!" about Dems like this is a Disney made-for-TV movie, you need to put the Kool-Aid down and reevaluate. Their hearts are not breaking for anyone suffering. They've been happy to play along for years.

It's easy to be comfortable playing the long game when you're not going to feel the financial toll at all. The consequences are just concepts to you all.
