When the BLS released an unfavorable jobs report Trump fired the Director. Subsequent economic reports were delayed. Can we trust any reports now? I suspect when the Executive Branch is back under the control of the Democrats there will be restatement of the economic reports released under Trump.

Trump halted off shore wind projects due to “national security” concerns. If this holds up and the President can do whatever he wants by stating national security concerns, we are done as a democracy.

Let's be clear. Trump does not see himself as king. He sees himself as the CEO of the USA Corporation. His Board (Congress) is controlled by him and so as CEO he can do whatever he damn well pleases. The only way he can be removed is if his sycophants in Congress are replaced.

READ the Constitution and in particular the Article 1, Sections 7 & 8. The Republicans have basically ceded all Congressional authority to the President.

The death of the penny is way overdue. A penny in 1938 had the purchasing power of about 25 cents today. In 1960, it had the purchasing power of about 10 cents today.
