It galls me that Fox News is included in basic cable packages but MSNBC is available only for additional fees. I would happily pay for MSNBC (and do) but take Fox News OUT of the basic package and make ppl pay for it.

Why? In Canada, in the province of Ontario cities - Ottawa is the capital of the nation and Toronto is the capital of the province. Seems to be working
