I'm a heretic who is spreading the "neo-retro space" with pixel art. I mainly create animations with a retro game feel. Please contact me at okakasuspect0506@outlook.jp.

The voxel model is complete.
I'm still not entirely sure how to create complex shapes with voxels, but I think I can figure it out through trial and error.
I'll pose it again and finish the pixel art.

I'm improving the voxel model and re-editing the pose.
It's difficult to match the size, but since this is a one-time thing, I'll force myself to go ahead.
I'm excited to see how much detail I can create.🙂

I played through this very cool 2D world to the very end.
It's a horror world, but there are no jump scares.
The way the atmosphere was created, including the music, was fantastic. I highly recommend it!👌

The voxel model is complete, and I've made it movable with an IK rig.
This time, I was able to output each part separately, so it should be possible to separate layers.
I think this will be very useful for creating a base!😁

When I try to move a model using Blender's Rigify, it becomes distorted in many places.
I spent about three days trying to solve this problem.
I finally solved it.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!

If you're using Blender, you want to complete as much of your work as possible within Blender.
I've finished the voxel model. I rigged it, tried moving it, and rendered it.
If you hide the background and use it as is, it might be sufficient as a base.

I haven't found a good way to create a voxel model while maintaining the pixel size, but I'll finish it for now.
I'm sure there's some way to do this more efficiently, so I'll keep thinking about it.🤷

Continuing my work in Blender.
I was rigging a figure with Rigify yesterday, but in the end the figure looked so weird I couldn't use it.
It's a bit clumsy, but I'm experimenting with transforming the figures I've been using. So far, things are going well.👾

I'm working mainly in Blender.
I discovered that it's possible to capture screen shots like those in a 2D side-scrolling action game. Great job, Blender!
It doesn't look very good without movement, so I want to create something that moves quickly.🥲

Implementing the prone action took a while. I relaxed the transition conditions and it finally works!😄
All that's left now is to add a few more features and create a manual.

After struggling with Crocotile 3D, I've managed to create my first very simple creation!
I only plan to use this software to create very simple backgrounds, so this is fine.
In the future, I'll need to plan ahead to avoid stretching the size of my pixel art as much as possible.🤔

This is taking longer than I expected, so I wanted to prove that I'm not slacking off.🤪
I'm continuing to work on the avatar with a character like this. All that's left now is to create an emote and it will be complete.

What happens when you enter the 2D world "Neo Worlds" with a pixelated avatar?
I thought it wouldn't display properly, but it displays beautifully! Surprise!🤩
My avatar always seems to be floating, but that's probably due to my poor settings in Unity.

Now that the avatars are complete, we're testing them to make sure they work correctly.
There's a world modeled after Inokashira Park in Japan. The quality is high!
It's a very surreal sight to see pixel art characters moving in a realistic world.🤣

What happens if you use a normal illustration instead of pixel art?
I tested it by changing the walking forward motion. The illustration was displayed quite normally.
This seems like it would appeal to illustrators in general.🤤
(The illustration was borrowed from "Irasutoya.")
