Like when you hear an NPC saying "Hello there!" As the text box tells you whatever it is they have to say. It just gives the world outside of the fully voiced main cutscenes so much more personality and life and I wish more games did this.

I actually did some academic work on the industrial southwest so I was stoked to see Partitio's whole story.
