Some really wide ranging conversations at this event last night, and above all, a great chance to connect our work with what's happening in places across the UK and the many roles that heritage assets can play.

Has anyone else had these type of messages purportedly from @bsky.app?

Assuming scam.

Walter, 'Squib' and Bill (the three on the right) are three of my great uncles. Walter and Squib never came back from France.

They'd enlisted together and after Walter and Squib were killed, Bill was sent home.

Only a 16 minute drive from Sandringham to the closest Pizza Express in King's Lynn.

Saying that, will Mr Windsor want to go to a town that has retained its royal title?

This reminds me - I saw your book for sale in the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney a couple of weeks ago.

See you later Australia! It's been a wonderfully relaxing few weeks, but time to go home.

One of ours - probably a Magpie - left a big metal nut in our bird bath a few years ago.

The more you talk to corvids, the more they talk back.

Ps have you read Esther Wolfson's Corvus? Would strongly recommend.

Stuck at the home of rock'n'roll. Plastic bag in the overhead wires at Letchworth. Rock'n'roll.

Really enjoyed reading this. Historical writing that gives a real sense of its actors living in their present.

Lots to learn for the present decade too. Thanks @alicehunt.bsky.social!
