Just checked, all in it's 200k for a decent detached house with gardens done etc. so 13 houses or a shed, a ramp, and a hut.
It's ghastly though, no one in govt. even acknowledges what is outright banditry.
They simply stonewall.

Honestly though, there's not much to find beyond the ones you'll find on Google, bar the big pub imprints, and the odd start-up.

Can be tricky to get in with Irish publishers without a record in a few Irish journals, usually a mix of short fiction & poetry, can give you a few.
I'll rustle up a few presses for novels now in a mo though, but deep vellum/dalkey is obviously a great one.

Buy a knee length great coat. You can get far warmer, and actually look good, instead of resembling an incandescent fruit.

Perfectly acceptable. I have a pair of leather brown sports shoes for tennis. I only hate on runners for the fact everyone is now a slob and wear them constantly.
