In many, many cultures your parents' cousins *are* your aunts and uncles, and are treated with the same respect as your parents' siblings. I have many "nieces and nephews" because of this. This is simply ignorance of other cultures.

I know little about Steve Jobs other than his public persona, but I can't imagine he would have bent the knee so fast and so readily. A shame.

You are fast becoming a disappointment. Who are you appealing to with this "both sides" nonsense? Those on the right aren't going to suddenly decide you deserve their donations, and you are going to alienate those that look to your for honest reporting.

Please don't, "both sides" this. I would rather not pull my ongoing monthly support, but will if you continue to aid and abet this government.
