The cover to The Amazing Spider-Man annual number 9. The Green Goblin is flying on his glider and shooting Spider-man with a beam coming out of his pointer finger. He declares, "It's my power against yours wall-crawler-- --and I WIN!" Spider-man is standing on a webline tightrope between two buildings. He is toppling over from the force of the Goblin's blast. The cover was drawn by the always amazing John Romita Sr The first page from Batman 441. it is made up of two long panels that cut the page in half vertically. On the left Two-Face sits in an armchair in front of an old looking radio. He's flipping his coin and saying, "If I want to murder Batman, I've got to lure him to me. But How? What can I steal? What clues can I leave that are both obvious and yet subtle? After all these years it never gets any easier." In the right panel Batman poses on top of a large gargoyle. "Harvey is out there somewhere. He knows what he's planning, knows what he wants... ...While I can only guess. If I can't find him, what can I do to make him find me?" The art was drawn by my favorite Batman artist, Jim Aparo The first page from Uncanny X-Men number 142 from the story line Days of Future Past. On her left is a shot of the X-Men standing against the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants led by Mystique in the present and on the right a shot of the remaining X-Men running from the Sentinels in the future. It was drawn by John Byrne A page from the comic adaptation of Batman 1989 depicting the confrontation between Batman and the muggers on the room at the beginning of the movie. There are six panels. The first two are wide silent panels that span the page. The first one depicts Batman spreading his cape like wings and the second shows him kicking one of the muggers into a brick wall. The third through sixth panels and small rectangular panels in a like depicting Batman threatening the second mugger. "D-Don't kill me... Don't kill me..." Batman responds, "You're trespassing ratbreath" "Trespassing? You don't own the night" "Tell your friends. Tell all your friends. I AM the night."
