I've had significantly improved energy levels since tripling my magnesium intake. Turns out that my absorption of magnesium is rubbish and I'm probably taking the wrong type. Considering serum testing.
To the point now that hydrocortisone no longer has the stimulant effect that it did have.

Also, thinking of switching my provider from @nordvpn.bsky.social - Unfortunately their client has become a shining example of enshittification. I just want a simple VPN, it now has too many features, it's patronising to use, makes you jump through hoops to disconnect.

Cancelled my Spotify and moved to Tidal instead. Better quality audio, better funding for artists, and not involved with war. Good.

Shame on those medical personnel in the UK who have been putting DNRs on people with learning or physical disabilities. Morally and ethically outrageous.

I do think the government should ease taxes on all drinks sold in pubs and clubs, and increase taxes on betting and gambling. Pubs and clubs are vital for social lives, night life and music, betting and gambling don't enrich these except for the already rich who can already afford it.

I've noticed a slow down in my hair growth... I used to grow hair quickly... Combined with my fatigue I'm back to suspecting hypothyroidism. There's a good chance I have both hypocortisolaemia AND hypothyroidism. 😬
