The muskrat shattered every single one of those communities with his capitalist coup. Will we have a Twitter diaspora until we find each other again? I think maybe, & it’s hard to be patient. I’ve never contended with the weird SM grief I’m experiencing about this. But it’s maddening & complicated.

The community I built on the other one had voices from all over the world, including college professors & students in interdisciplinary studies, arts in education journalism, youth radio poetry, social justice folks, early childhood literacy, community radio, photo & film, & meteorology. 11 years.
