I'm far from an expert, but this was my immediate thought too.
Similarly, wealthy countries sometimes leverage short-term aid dollars to strongarm long-term concessions, and such "aided" countries then do worse in the long term. Does that mean the concept of aid is broken?

You could multiply one side by phi^2 and add phi to the other side. If you then divide both sides by phi (i.e. take a slice of phi) and simplify slightly, you get:
Phi*(e^i)^0 = (2*pi)/(tau*phi) + 1
Granted, that changes the equation from 1=1 to the definition of phi, which is less funny.

That sounds like mild nitrogen deficiency to me. If you do debud and feed them some nitrogen, ramp up slowly - fertilize weakly weekly - to avoid nutrient burn. Pepper plants also like nitrate or urea as a nitrogen source more than ammonia according to the research I've seen.

(1/4) I'd argue that the controversy was assuredly intentional, and that the extra free advertising (with deniability) was the point. Based on her past stunts, the actress knew and was in on the plan. I wouldn't be surprised if the initial hot takes were manufactured to start the fire.
