I’d say that UNPUB 2025 was a success! Wonderful to see all these familiar faces and always great to meet new people too. Play testing went extremely well.

I thought of that since I am one who plays with my hand fanned out that way, however the matching number is its natural 14 pair which is a key element in the game. I guess I could add it to the bottom only, and the matching number at top like so. 🤔

So last week I received the prototype print for a new board game I’m making. I was really excited for it but after only 10 plays the cards look chipped and very worn down due to the black boarders (see photo). I’m exploring options for white borders and curious whatever everyone thinks. #gamedesign

I’ve been designing an abstract strategy boardgame and bought some cloth to make a board using a fabric marker. I really love the natural elements and wonder how great this would look on a wooden board. #gamedesign #abstract #boardgame #indiegame #strategy

Friends and I are hosting a #boardgame event with 30+ people. While we have well over 100 board games, I decided to make a “menu” to help people get started, and reduce choice paralysis for those casual gamers. #ux This is what I designed. What are your thoughts? #design
