39/? Just watched the finale and I shall keep this spoiler free but uh…. Hm. I enjoyed it a lot, but at the same time, if this show doesn’t get renewed I’m gonna lose my mind. No loose ends tied up whatsoever. It’s all loose ends and they’re gettin TANGLED

So easy to crash face first into uncanny valley territory, especially if you can’t hide behind distance or darkness to conceal some of the oddities or minuscule textural differences.

I think it has to do with people’s (in general) visualsensitivity to human-like things and the amount of detail you’re actually seeing. Because technically buildings you’re usually seeing at more of a distance anyway, and your brain is more forgiving regarding textures, etc. but with babies?
