The test pose I used for skinning my bird. They always end up looking super goofy in an attempt to push the rig as far as possible.

character we made the teeth hidden during full opened mouth then make it appear as a simple shape during the smirk and smile. I know this technique is old but definitely working to push appeal on the character. w/o losing its bird features~
