So… if it’s economically feasible for you I started Zep as a Ro client, and then transferred to my GP. Made things easier; when she saw that was damned near obese when I started… and now I’m not… she was more amenable. She’s not the drug‘s biggest cheerleader, but she does recognize that it works.

Yes the whole “low interest loan” thing is often how the ultra wealthy fund themselves! No “income,” just debt service of course. Insane.
