Reads journalism, watches women's sports and hopes my garden actually delivers vegetables this year
That's more what I expected. I was surprised by the dour topics at contests

Are your Toastmasters international speeches a trauma parade?

I went to a district conference where nearly all the speeches were some terrible life experience - crashes, abuse, health infirmities, job loss - with trite platitudes

It was hard to hear and I wondered if that's what the judges want

It's like Charlie Rose

Repeat Republican lies and attacks and demand Democrats respond to them

So lazy

I was looking forward to this but disappointed so far

Why is @stephruhle.bsky.social repeating lies about government without actually presenting facts!?!

There are more GIRLS playing High School sports than federal workers

Fewer than 3 million civilian workers - not counting military/USPS

And way too few federal workers now

Don't repeat lies MSNBC

🏀 📰 Feinstein bullied @washingtonpost.com readers too George Solomon

When I challenged his hagiography about Bobby Knight noting the 2017 groping of women at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, JF harshly criticized me on twitter and then blocked me

FBI investigated complaints that Bobby Knight groped women at U.S. spy agency
Four employees accused the ex-coach of touching them inappropriately. In the end, no charges were filed.

Probably an intern answering the phone. College age young folks answering phones and learning on the job.

I assume Rep Beatty is a solid no on GOP reconciliation bill

Most states receive more from the federal government than they send per capita, including Ohio

Expect your state and local taxes to go up, along with higher costs for shoes, lumber, wood, toys, etc. thanks to tariffs and more junk fees cuz no CFPB

Which states get more federal money than they send
Only 13 U.S. states send more money to the federal government than they receive.

I am so sorry that federal workers who dedicate their days to serving our nation are being cruelly and intentionally treated as villains by people who should appreciate and celebrate them
