It’s 78 degrees outside with very low humidity. The pre-show from Reflections is playing. I have a cold glass of wine. And the solo stove is going strong. This is a perfect summer night.

I really need Disney to allow access to military room rates online. You have to prove eligibility at check-in anyway. Or they could partner with ID.me and make it even easier. I hate having to call when I’m just messing around with dates.

Been on a bus since 5:45am to chaperone a field trip to nyc with some awesome theater students. Two shows and then back to dc. It’s going to be a long, but amazing day.

We’re taking the Acela to Boston next month because it was hundreds cheaper than flights, even with business class. And it will only take 1-2 hours longer than flying after taking into account driving to the airport, security, boarding, etc. Plus, we can walk right to the hotel from the station.

If you’re looking for a great two-player board game, I highly recommend Sky Team. It’s collaborative and the basic game is easy enough to learn in one play through. Great for brewery visits.

This is not a good sign of how my day is going to go. And that’s my brand new wdw starbucks cup, that may look ok, but is cracked worse than the Liberty Bell.

Another one of my families emailed me that they’re most likely moving because they lost their federal job and can’t afford to stay in this area without it. Every day I’m angrier.
