Morning meditation.
The beach was mostly empty this afternoon. I walked a few miles and then I did my meditation as is my habit. We sat together the ocean and I until . . . there was only the ocean.

I go to this park a lot. These trees seem to be leaning into each other. I imagine they are having a conference, conspiring perhaps on how to get humans off the earth.

I didn’t realize he was so young. So hard to lose them. I lost my little dog last August, she was 17, I had her 15 years. I loved he so much.
