It's been a goddamn day.
Hood of a hyundai sonata open with the front bumper and left headlight missing. Driver door is open and it appears to be in a residemtial driveway. Person switching out pressure tanks for a well. Old blue tank is laying down and the new white tank is being installed. Broken toilet tank lid. Bathroom with a toilet missing the tank, towels on the floor along with tools, and a curious tortie cat named Ouija.

I have the best job in the world. I got to support students who studied a patient who was hospitalized from going into septic shock via a Lactobacillus Bacteremia infection.

The cats are almost charged. Fuji is at full battery, but Ouija still has a ways to go.

This may have been one of my favorite birthdays. Got to spend it fully immersed in IMSH, starting with helping to host a precon immersive course and ending totally exhausted four days later crawling out of the convention center. I always have the best time nerding out with fellow simulationists.
