Also ref the internet thing, I put up a letter to the neighbours to explain that their technician was intentionally taking out existing lines. Because my neighbours are entitled shit heads, they did it again, and gloated about it. I hope they choke and die as they’re watching their netflix

Long story short is that my next ISP is an association of people who know what they’re doing and my mobile phone is with a cooperative. Granted they all have to use infrastructure from the big 4 and it takes time, the point is they are willing to put the effort in to finding an actual solution

I’m so very done with the billionaire corporations, after 11 years I sent my ISP (also my mobile phone provider) packing because they enshittified their customer service to the point that there are no answers, no effort, and no recognition of the obvious

I received a message from Anthropic with my Data Access Request, it was pretty hilarious and rife with bigger questions. Anyways, when I can be bothered I will enjoy listing them all to the CNIL. They also re-activated my account, which I’m sure is totally unrelated

The part of MacOS I really love is how you can accidentally highlight a PDF, can’t undo it, and then have to find a support article on how to unfuck the document instead of giving up and deleting it

This is to say I have paid a fuck more in taxes than any of France’s billionaires, Amazon, Google, Apple, and Microsoft to name a few, all while this government does literally anything but tax the shit out of the rich so I can pay a little less for a public system to have a lot more. Fucking unreal

I made the grave error of doing the maths on how much I invoice vs how much Macron slips in his pocket (because let’s be honest it isn’t going into public services). Between the TVA, the social contributions, and the personal tax the state is the great winner of all my hard effort with just over 70%
