People tried to sue Starbucks because pumpkin spice doesn’t have pumpkin in it, but game companies are still making ads like this. This really ought to be recognized as fraudulent advertising, not just an artistic representation.

The ONLY time I've had to deal with my bank account being compromised was when I gave my cc information as a form age verification. I've seen age verification used as an excuse for Facebook content being subscription locked. I don't care what the excuse, this is garbage.

The way that personal information has been both compromised and intentionally given to outsiders in recent years isn't exactly inspiring of confidence. What's next? Do I need to provide my drivers license in order to access my email or authorize location tracking to use my phone?

The Plymouth event wasn't first. There was one in Florida in 1565 and others in Virginia in many years around the 1600s. (Virginia was a LOT bigger originally.)

I am SO tired of this bullshit. Everything from the "Let's" here that implies I'm the helpless fool that needs this helpful little assistant to usher me into the products I forgot to activate to the "do it now or do it later" choice is fucking rudiculous. There needs to be a mandated "fuck no/off".
