Two things can exist at once tho: a serial killer can be a wonderful father, tearing his kid apart on the stand in an attempt to somehow invalidate their lived experience also seems unjust. Judges are being stripped of professional discretion, how to balance?

I lived beside this type for a few years, talk about whackjobs. Garage like an arsenal, convinced the govt controls weather, is listening to us 24/7/365, everyone’s an enemy, pedo, or killer. They were also on Medicaid and refused to admit it was the same Medicaid “those people” use. Good riddance.
