At the end of the day I see companion soundtracks becoming more and more common. I've had more commissions this summer than I've had in a couple years. That's great!
If it's something you're considering, reach out to me and let's talk!

It's also not cheap, I admit I undersell myself compared to other composers and I'm working on that, but in the shoes of a creator: my soundtrack = more art in their game for example, and that's something that has to be weighed. I want my music to be able to sway that more in my favor of course.

You're going to entice more people with a hardcover. There's also a split opinion in use of a soundtrack in a pen and paper game at all, for some people it just isn't their thing, for some publishers the idea is ludicrous even if their customers think otherwise, and that's also ok.

The biggest thing is budget, a LOT of my soundtracks I've done were stretch goals in crowdfunding campaigns and I've had just as many not reach their mark and that's ok. The game is how my client is making money, and they need visual, physical, tangible rewards for backers. Music is cool but...

Colin is one of my favorite people to work with and he's basically the first person who gave me a chance to make music for an RPG. I owe him a lot, so it's not odd to see my music tacked on to one of his games!
