Using 2D photos to create a 3D model which can settle the question: Was he or she offside?
Which means that the GK cannot be challenged on a drop kick that actually occurs outside the area because they are considered to be in control of the ball with their hands... but it is not a handling offense b/c he isn't touching it with his hands.

There is some confusion sometimes for a GK cannot be challenged by an opponent while the GK is "in control of the ball with the hands". Throwing it in the air, as part of a drop kick, is considered in control with the hands.. so an opponent cannot challenge the GK on drop kick.

He releases the ball well prior to leaving the area. That he may kick it outside of the area is not a concern.

In order for the GK to be considered handling the ball outside of the area he would have to have the ball in his hands with the entire ball outside of the yellow line.

Alright, so if you can take a screenshot of the right frame and post it, that should work.
Windows: ⊞+S
Mac: ⌘+⇧+5

To step by frame in Chrome go to the Dev Tools and use this in the console:
document.getElementByTagName("video")[0].currentTime += 1/24

-= (instead of +=) goes back a frame

If you have a link to the original video? I can't do it off of a recording of a recording (it is a transformation of a transformation)

It's been a while, I've been busy, but hoping that things have calmed down and I'm able to get these done in a reasonable amount of time

That's the implication at least. In practice it seems that it largely depends how my analysis intersects with your favorite team(s)
