Correction, it seems it wasn’t clear: the Filton 24 were arrested *before* the proscription of Palestine Action. Further arrests made across the UK changed the nature of the charges. Considering it was their actions that led to the proscription, there is a link. Thank you for your patience.
I don't know, but don't you have a law that requires submitting a bail application ("release of a person guaranteed by someone or money")? Or are the circumstances of his detention illegal from the beginning, whether it's who is detaining him or his case?
