I do agree this campaign is an angle to turn the public opinion, but Ukraine needs a lot more munitions to really hurt the power infrastructure

There was a power outage in Moscow for a few hours three weeks ago, that's not enough to start a rebellion.

More importantly, I have not seen any reports of Russians protesting Putin or his politics on a large scale, so I would not hold my breath.

I mean I would hope so, but what makes you think this will happen?
I have not seen anything that suggests the Russian population gets a clue and turns on Putin - at list not in any meaningful numbers
