More than a decade ago. Probably more like 15-20 years ago it could have passed as a mere right-wing broadsheet but it’s been frothing at the mouth like a zombie tabloid for way longer than 10 years.

Do I think an authoritarian desperate madman would attack the UK again with a nerve agent? Yes, yes I do.
To think Putin would stop at a few neighbouring countries is naive.

Salisbury, Amesbury and there’s Alexander Litvinenko in London too so not one household. Putin’s relentless attacks on the UK in various forms are well documented. Russia’s military and economy is imploding and Putin will get increasingly desperate and volatile. That is my concern, not oligarchs.

And it’s largely frozen because of the war and the interest from these assets is being used to arm Ukraine. Putin is a deranged war criminal. A man who throws his own into the meat grinder is not one who cares who he kills and where. Salisbury could have killed 1000s. It’s by sheer luck it didn’t.

Right so if Putin pushes through Ukraine and into Europe and heaven forbid, attacks the UK (again) you’re just going to wave pencils and stethoscopes at him are you? Jesus Christ, the fact you ever entered politics is an absolute joke. This is not a case of one or the other! Both need funding.
