For me it's the opposite, I hate twitter-likes, and I'm struggling with bluesky. bdsmlr is a pain without a good, properly configured adblocker. Also, it's on the decline since... 2020, maybe, but it's still kicking. imaglr's trying to be more modern, and it's more twitter-like, I guess.

I think it's just a phase. Those bouts of prudishness happen from time to time, but then it's "free love" or "flower power", or somesuch. I mean, you can't starve for a few years, obviously, but there's Japanese market.
