This was never about protecting women. Was there actually ever an attack on a woman by an actual transgender person?
I doubt that. But even if we find a case or 2 - that's nothing what Trump and Gaetz alone guilty of and we know about. And I'm sure we only know about a fraction.

But we can easily fix everything by removing gender signs from restrooms. Already the rule at every private home ever, plus plenty of Starbucks and other public places
Without genders signs we don't need to fight about legal, psychological or biological details when people just have to pee.

The majority of the current SC clearly doesn't care about the constitution or they wouldn't have made the American presidency an unassailably kingship.
The authors of that constitution talked a lot about checks and balances. But the SC removed all checks and balances.

There's two ways he can do it:
1) Change the constitution
2) Ignore the rules
Rules are only as effective as the institutions and people who follow or enforce them.
Undermine the institutions, mislead the people and all the printed rules become irrelevant.
