Wieso wird so viel Wert auf den täglichen Löffel Leinöl gegeben? In der westlichen Ernährung dominieren Omega-6-Fettsäure, die nach bisherigen Erkenntnissen zwar das Gros in der Ernährung ausmachen sollten, aber in zu hohen Mengen aufgenommen werden. Leinöl liefert den „Gegenspieler“ Omega-3!
