According to the Census Bureau's ACS estimate for 2023, the employment rate grew by 0.7% for individuals with a disability and shrunk by 0.1% for individuals without a disability.

In 2023, Coos County’s gross domestic product was $3.2 billion, which was an increase of 4.0% from 2022 and was the 911th highest GDP among 3,114 U.S. counties. Curry County’s GDP was $970 million, up 5.0% over the year to rank 1,827th highest.

Lane County’s total employment will grow by 13,000 jobs (7%) between 2023 and 2033. This increase includes private-sector gains of 11,200 jobs, 1,000 jobs in government, and an additional 800 job gain in self-employed Lane County residents.

Oregon businesses reported 53,600 vacancies in summer 2025. Vacancies increased 5% from the spring and decreased 12% from summer 2024. Summer 2025 had the lowest number of summer job vacancies since 2020.
