How about raising both company's income tax with a 2% with no deductions, and taxing the premium as well? The addition on a $100M M&A would yield at least $20M plus the premium 2%.

Have any Federal facilities been seriously damaged? Local police have been effective, so soldiers are NOT needed. A governor can activate, or request assistance of the National Guard if needed. Trump is causing the confrontations, fear, and expense.

US PUBLIC LAW 115–44—AUG. 2, 2017 CAATSA Section 257 (a) (3) prohibits the US from recognizing Russia's taking any Ukrainian territory. The US guaranteed Ukraines territory in 1984. The US is in breach of its treaty and own laws.

Trump is ANTI law and order. Be it sex, drug, or ethics crimes, Trump will pardon if there is something in it for him.

I would prefer an Irvine Co. approach, rather than sell the land I would use a long term lease approach, retaining control and preventing house flipping.

Given Trump's history with classified material, I expect much will not be released, and much redaction on what is released. Hundreds of hours were spent to find his name in all of it, and probably will be used to obfuscate.
