The mushroom experiment continues.
After two weeks, the mycelium has grown through the toilet roll and even covered the underpants enirely (exept for the syntetic waistband. We’re moving it to small aquariums by the window for light and will mist it regularly so it doesn’t dry out.

Sweet potatoes. Grown by me — a hobby gardener in Sweden! I joined SLU’s trial cultivation this summer and the harvest was fantastic. Could this be a new crop for Sweden? With no related species here, the risk of pests and diseases is low. A real crop of the future?
