This is exactly what I’m talking about. You can’t guarantee quality feedback, but this is an industry and a profession that REQUIRES that. And for that, the readers should be matched with stories that best fit their preferences and experiences.

My biggest issue with The Black List is that we have no idea who these readers are. We don’t know their preferences, likes, dislikes, etc. This causes issues with receiving quality feedback from people familiar to your genre, style, etc. and really needs to be fixed imo for higher quality notes.
