I love '87 Dead. Jerry had come back from near death and they were fired up to play. Recording was completed for In The Dark. I thought the setlists were interesting and they mixed things up. Although they clearly needed more time back on the road 1/28/1987 is a fun one. #GratefulDead #Deadheads

Thirteen years ago today the “new” Sweetwater Music Hall reopened in Mill Valley, CA, and a two day celebration was held with Steve Kimock and a slew of friends, including the usual suspects, as well as Bob Weir and Ray White.
