Having kids in their teens make me hyper aware of my age and mortality. One is on the cusp of 18, he will leave home soon. I have more time for myself, video games, and watching tv shows, but there’s much I will miss when they are both away.

Oh my god I thought this was weird and now I have found out what it was
my takeaway from the minecraft movie is that they referenced the Atari Cosmos storage locker incident. that's a canceled console with 3 units known to exist and another 3 that are just shells.

So I just finished The Man Who Erased His Name and I did not expect to be emotional at the end. Seeing Goro, Ichiban, and all the other guys from the mainline Yakuza series… it was beautiful.
