/1: So one thing I like about this paper is it is easy to understand and we discussed it the last two years in my intro to regression class. I like the longer brief online that also has histograms (I have not read new paper but it looks similar to brief).

Data help: I am trying to get race/ethnicity data at the block/tract level for the 2010 Census and even though I downloaded the following which says "Hispanic or Latino origin" it has no Hispanic/Latino designation. Anyone familiar with this?
