Kinda mad at myself for giving into a reader's request for me to post updates before I actually finished writing the whole thing first. I knew this was going to happen 😮‍💨

Doesn't matter if the entire first fic is complete or the sequel is at a good "break" point for a hiatus. Ppl still complain 🤷‍♀️

To be fair, comments like that are probably my own fault. When ppl in a chat don't realize the writer is there or seeing their messages, they get very blunt about being disappointed about slow updates + works not being finished

My series in total is over 100,000 words now. I really needed a break 😅

because they used the word "fuck" multiple times 🙄 I have heard a couple other artists say they couldn't see their friend's comm posts because it was marked as spam or something, but no idea how legit that is. I mostly have complaints about the rude posts being hidden by default instead of "warn"

Can't speak for the other ones (It also helps that I'm subscribed to a bunch of lists that get rid of scammers anyway), but I didn't know "rude" posts were hidden by default on my account and disabled it yesterday. Immediately saw a post from an artist I follow that was apparently hidden on my feed
