Yes, they were the only ones who did when my now-ex returned from a deployment. All the other brands just said his points expired because he hadn't stayed in a year. Marriott said of course you're still our premier member - so for the next 20 years of civilian government travel, they got it all.

I'm so glad. Marriott has had our business for decades because they were the only brand to say "thank you for your service" by not expiring all of a veteran's membership points while he was deployed.
