This little bird was holding a worm, dancing around in the trees, and making little calls for 10+ minutes. Maybe a young Yellowthroat or a mama calling to her baby? Merlin wasn't really picking up on the calls. Any ideas?

Unidentified water bird in Wisconsin. Merlin app identified the call as a Virginia Rail but the beak looks different. Any ideas?
