also incredible how I actually had real PECS all along. I didn't expect to get a fully flat twink chest anyway but it blows my mind that I have such visible pecs now.

top surgery was an absolute game changer for me. I didn't actually expect it to change my whole body image this drastically. for years upon years I felt like I needed to have a snatched waist to be "the right kind of curvy" and now I don't care about that at all.
