Using my day off to work on loose ends, I have spent far too much time looking at fabric online. It reminded me of when @siannan.bsky.social said years ago they hope I get reincarnated as the fabric wall on RuPaul's Drag Race.

One of the stranger things I’ve found as we pack up the house: a vintage video game console packed in a plastic bag so brittle it broke into flakes when I tried to pick it up. I boxed the contents of the bag to go to a former coworker that sounded excited about it.

In the final stretch of work to downsize from the house my parents have lived in for 30+ years, I am thankful this work will be far easier the next time around.
