Not bad for being only act 1 of a real movie.
I got the vibe while watching (and had the vibe basically confirmed by learning Takahashi worked on the story) that it will not meaningfully tackle the themes set up by it's premise, but it's got really good action

I feel there’s a very intentional contrast here of Issho’s way of expressing satisfaction being a fancy dinner with an expensive dress code vs Shiguma taking Akane out shopping in Shibuya where they can bond over hobbies
