There's a scientist/inventor out of the UK. He makes videos for educational purposes, & freely teaches anyone who has the curiosity to learn. I have tremendous respect for what he does, so I thought I'll paint a portrait of him. It's in progress—red underpaint, b&w structure, & color glaze to come🎨🖌️

Stress can cause the Sansevieria Cylindrica (aka African Spear plant) to flower. So when you're stressed, think about it as an opportunity to blossom🌸🌸🌸

I forgot to open the shutters of his favorite window yesterday morning. Poor pup kept trying to use his X-ray vision to no avail. He was up there a good half hour, too.

I really like going to the Heavy Metal discord chat drawing group, Thursdays, at 10 PM ET. Tonight, I couldn't think of something original to draw so I drew a horse – kind of overdone, I know. It would probably benefit from a blending stick and a softer graphite pencil but not if it's just a sketch.

I had a day-long conversation with ChatGPT this week. In short, I asked what would happen if everyone has free access to nutritious food (grown autonomously) and free energy. Either corporations or the super-rich power hungry people would try to take it away, OR we'd develop into a Star Trek utopia.
