According to preliminary information, drones targeted the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat petrochemical plant, located 1,300 km from Ukraine’s border.
Reports suggest the strike hit the ELOU-AVT-4 unit, which processes crude oil into gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and fuel oil.
